Hence, I would like to show you the process here today as follows.

#1: Your kind inquiry

#2: Asking your sample (application )
We often reply you with the specification sheet of Pressio product ( PDF ) so that you can understand our machine roughly.
At the same time, I will be asking you about your sample ( application ) in more details.
Such as.... how many kinds of paper, the size, the shape, the paper material, and the gsm etc.
It's because we would also like to grasp your application and to judge if our product is able to meet your needs, or not.
It would highly appreciated if you could let us know your sample details.
#3: Suggesting the most suitable product to you
After receiving your sample information, we will check the information with our R&D team.
And then, we will suggest the most suitable model of to you.
Of course, if necessary, we will let you know the price too at the same time.
#4: Conducting an experiment with your true samples or similar samples
Basically we make much of this process, because we would like to report back to you about every respects such as good results, bad results, and potential risks as well honestly.
We also don't hope to tell any lies about the results.
That's why, if possible, we would highly appreciate it if you could send us your true sample.
( Of course, we will send back the samples all to you after the experiment. )
If it were difficult to send us your sample, we would prepare some similar samples in Japan and would carry out the experiment, please don't worry.
And then, we will report back to you about the result via Youtube video ( Limited release ).
Because of limited release, anyone who don't know the Youtube URL links can NOT take a look at the video, please don't worry.
Also, we will share with you honestly about the all concerns about the results as well.
#5: Sharing about how to install, to operate, and to maintain
Actually it's pretty easy to install, operate, and maintain our products really, so some customers of us handle the all by themselves with our video manuals.

If you needed, we are, of course, able to visit your factory (or office) as our optional services ( additional fee ) to support your installation and machine trainings.
#6: Business talk about the sales condition
On this step we often talk about below matters.
- Optional items / such as power transformer
- Delivery period
- Trade term, shipping method
- Warranty
- Others
And then, we will finalize the sales contract ( PDF ).
#7: Finalizing our sales contract
After the above business talk, we will make 2 official contract books with our signature, and send one of them to your office by EMS ASAP.
And then, we will start to manufacture your machine.
In many cases, we go through the above processes, but of course, we can be flexible.
