Also many companies are often concerned if we could solve the issues quickly too, when it occurred.
You know, there are sometimes a few errors or troubles with any product, even if we take the machine training or if the machine is high quality, ( for example, because of operators' misunderstandings etc ).
Besides, there are a few manufacturers which explain that there is no error with the machine ( it's just a lie ), so most of potential customers became worried about that more and more....

Of course we've kept sharing and updating the video troubleshooting manuals at regularly for years, but we are also sometimes faced with unexpected situation, such as.....
Customer " Hi, Kenta, there is one trouble happened with our machine, and it doesn't work smoothly. "
Me " Oh, sorry for the inconvenience, but what's happened? Could you let me know the details, please. "
Customer " Not sure the reason why, but the collated sample sets become scattered on the catching tray ( after ejected from the machine main body ) "
Me " Is our guide roller being attached around the ejection area of the machine? If it were not, the collated samples would be sometimes scattered on the catching tray. "
Customer " Of course we've been attaching the tool "
Me " Oh, I understand, then.... if possible, could you take videos of the situation and of the operating scene including surroundings the machine too, please. "
Customer " No problem, just a moment, I will send you some videos later. "
And then..... I and our technicians also checked the videos, but we were not able to grasp the reason, therefore.....
Me " Sorry for the inconvenience, but could you possibly let us know the differences between before and now in more details please, for example,,,, the sample material changed? "
Customers " Well, we moved the machine position, because it was too hot at our previous space. "
Me " Thank you for the sharing, would you mind if you let us see around machine more widely just in case? "
And then..... one of our technicians found that there was an electric fan close to the catching tray.
Maybe the wind from the electric fan affected.
It's sometimes due to the machine quality, but it's sometimes due to other factors (except for the machine ) too.
We always analyze all factors of the error and keep looking for the essential reason sincerely to the customer's information.
Of course generally, we, manufacturers, don't want to think that the error has been caused by our machine itself, but we, Pressio, think the essential reason with integrity.
( We don't hope to convince the customer with a lie )
That's why, we often ask a potential customer which kindly contacted us for the first time " could you possibly tell us what your sample is in more details ? "
Because of the customer, we would like to conduct an experiment and to grasp what kind of risk or issue the customer will have, if they use our machine.
