" How many amount can we wrap by plastic film of 2 rolls on RV-8, Pressio flat wrapping machine, ? "
Of course we also understand the cost efficiency is one of the most important factors always.
As I showed on another blog recently, Pressio wrapping machine needs 2 plastic film rolls at one time.
Also, the length of each our genuine plastic film is 1,200 m.
If you wrap your sample as the direction of the following photo, the amount depends on the length of your sample.
For example, size of a typical Japanese newspaper is about Hight=27.5cm × Width=41.0cm.
If the sample is wrapped as the above photo, the available wrapping amount depends on the " Hight ".
The available amount = 120,000 cm / 30cm (=27.5cm)
= 4,000 pcs
Basically we supply genuine ones as 1 case including 4 rolls.
Therefore, you can wrap around 8,000 pcs of your sample with 1 case.
