We conducted a demonstration of Pressio wrapping machine at our Yokohama branch on 3rd July 2020 for an online retail grocery shop.
They have collated their advertises (leaflets) and covered the each collated set with plastic film by manually for years.
However, because of the virus, they would like to replace the manual operation with machinery, so that they will be able to avoid any crowded working environments and to reduce the labour's cost at one time.

< Wrapping Condition >
- 3 sides (edges) are being sealed
- The upper side (edge) is being opened
Basically they send the advertisement set together with an item (in a cardboard case), when their customer buy their item, thus there is no need to seal all edges.
Actually if the upper side is opened, the customer can easily take out the advertisement set from the plastic film wrapping.
As for the plastic film itself, even it's semi transparent, but customers can see the inserts enough.
Of course Pressio provides the genuine plastic film roll.

In addition, it's pretty easy to operate the machine.

The wrapping processing speed reaches nearly 4,000 sets on average per hour, and it depends on your operator, I mean, if your operator could insert your sample more quickly, Pressio wrapping machine would be able to wrap around 4,200 to 4,300 sets per hour as a maximum.
Also, the machine is not big, thus when you don't use it, you can put it aside easily.
