If you often make collating jobs for your display items by manually,
if you have many kinds of collating application,
if you would like to begin operating the machine quickly and easily, when you need,
if you would like to move the machine to your warehouse easily,
this stand-alone and moveable collator / sorter could be helpful to you.
Honestly speaking, we misunderstood that lot of big companies didn't need our collator so much before, because they almost have already installed some full auto line system machines.
However some of the big companies contacted us sometimes.
Why ?
I guess, there is no need that they install our stand-alone collator..... isn't it ?
It's because they already have some high speed line system equipments.
The processing speed of full auto line system equipments are certainly much faster than that of our machine, of course the equipments are much more expensive too.
Why ?
The answer was [ display item / sample for their client ] (before making lot of amount of goods).
According to a big company's opinion,
when they make many amount of the final item, they usually use the big full auto line system machine.
However, they mostly need to submit some [ display items ] or [ samples ] to their clients so that the clients can evaluate the quality beforehand.
Of course they can make use of the line equipment for the display item or the sample as well, but it's mostly a small lot, such as 1,000 sets only.
Therefore if they used the line system machine, they would have to replace the all materials and would have to adjust the line system machine again for the small lot.
It means, it's waste of time and money for them.
That's why, they usually correspond to the display items or samples by manually......
I couldn't imagine that the situation, to be honest.
According to their opinion,
the features of Pressio collating machine / sorting machine are.....
#1 : Possible to collate various applications
Some conventional machines can not collate either folded samples, heavy paper, booklet, or leaflet etc, but there is no issue with Pressio machine.
#2 : Possible to move the machine easily
Pressio collator has smooth casters, so it's pretty moveable.
When they don't use it, they can move it to a warehouse easily.
#3 : Possible to begin collating very quickly
Pressio collator is available to use quickly after switching on.
There is no complex adjustment beforehand, thus they can save the lead-time.
#4 : The collating speed
Pressio collator is NOT faster than their full auto line system equipment, but the collating speed is reached over 8,000 sets per hour ( as maximum ).
It's mostly enough fast for their display item or sample.
#5 : Easy maintenance and the durability
It's quite rare that Pressio collator is spoiled within a few years, and the maintenance is only replacing some consumption parts.
Of course anyone can replace the parts quite easily, hence they can save the maintenance fee as well.
We also could not imagine the background honestly.
Of course we are so pleased that our product would be useful to a big company too.
