Products training.
- We could offer you the training and factory tour as well in our Japan factory.
- If it's difficult to come to Japan, we could provide the some videos of products training (English) for you.
- We are always welcoming your coming to our factory.

Support your maintenance
- We could offer you the maintenance materials and Youtube videos.
- If an emergency issue happened, we could support you via video-calling etc.
- In fact, our products have higher durability and are user-friendly, thus there could be no need to worry
about the maintenance so much.

Warranty of the products
- In Japan, we Pressio provide warranty which covers any defects in material or workmanship
under normal use within 1 year after the sale.
We would be so happy provide the equivalent level of the warranty for the sales in your country, too.
However, it is difficult for us to fly to your country in a timely manner.
Hence, we would be happy if you could the below arrangements,
1) You repairs any defects of our products on site of your customers.
2) Your reimburse any cost and expense caused by 1) to Pressio if the defect is under normal use
within 1 year after the sale.
- The products can be warranted against defects in quality by us for a period of 1 year from the date of
arrival of the products at Buyer's location.
We CAN NOT be liable about the below matters,
1) Damages caused by incorrect use and maintenance of products due to non-adherence to our
instructions.
2) Damages caused by NOT Pressio genuine parts or consumptions, (such as the plastic film etc) .
3) Any consequential damages and losses.
4) Damages caused by third parties.
5) Damages incurred by third parties.
6) Losses and damages from normal wear and tear.

Support your sales
- We would offer you an actual experiment in our factory for your customers, and we would report back
to you the result via limited Youtube video, if you could kindly send us the actual applications ( samples).
- If it would be necessary, we could visit your participating exhibition centre to support your sales.

Adaptable to slight customization and the power supply transformer.
- We have our own R&D team, thus if it would be necessary, we could adapt to the slight customization
for your customers quickly.
If the customization was complicated, it would depends on the volume of the sales.
- We could offer you the power supply transformer for your country's power supply
for slight additional price
- We already stock the products parts enough and can send you quickly.
