They are one of well known printing companies in Manila Philippines, and they are our first customer in Philippines.

Therefore when our collator 800TZ-SH was installed to their factory, our technician and I visited them and supported.

They had collated manually before, but they got used to operating our collator so easily. 

Actually it only needed 2 days.

And they got confidence in operating and basic maintenances as well.

Through the support ( installation and machine training ),

we were also able to be confident that our collator is really user-friendly.

First of all, they kindly contacted us via Youtube and this website.

( I heard that they had already examined other brand collators as well and finally they kindly chose our collator.)

And in order to check the machine itself, they kindly visited our Singapore office to conduct some experiments by their actual samples and to visit our customers which are using our collator actually.

Fortunately, all customers of us are very satisfied with our machine, thus they kindly explained how user-friendly and durability our collator has.... to this customer.

Through this business trip, they were kindly determined to install our collator.
