As we had expected, a lot of international visitors kindly came to our booth because our Chinese business partners showed visitors various products such as binder, booklet maker, paper drill, corner rounder, paper folder, and paper cutter etc.
Basically many companies which handle digital printing don’t have to apply for a big automation line ( one-line automation system ), because it’s usually difficult for a lot of one-line systems to adapt to various applications and to meet the tight lead time,  compared to offset printing. 
I mean,  it’s mostly better to make a semi-automation line which consists of each stand-alone machine, because we can meet some requests of customers flexibly by the semi-automation line and the cost is also not expensive so much.

However, at the same time, many printing companies conventionally had suffered from [ collating section ] for heavy duties like booklet on a semi-automation line.
Thus our collator was attractive for many visitors probably.

1- Pressio collator is is adaptable to [ signature, booklet, folded paper, and matt coated paper etc ] .

        Customers can adjust each bin (tray) of our collator by dial anytime, thus even if different

        kinds and sizes of applications are set, our collator will definitely work properly.
        we’re suppose, the most attractive feature is the our collator particularly can be used for              signature, booklet, folded paper, sticker, and matt coated paper.
        Some visitors were concerned that their applications would be damaged on the surface by

        our friction paper feeding system. 
        But no worries, we’ve improved the friction feeding system for many years to minimize the

        possibility that the damages will happen. 
        ( Actually we applied for air saction feeding system too roughly 10 years ago, but, you

          know, air saction system can not work properly for folded paper and signature too. 
          Hence, we improved our own paper friction system. )

2- Pressio collator can save customer's operating space.

        This is also one of unique features of our collator.
        Our collator is kind of vertical type and has the trays on both of front side and rear side,

        so it won’t account for a lot of space of customer’s factory.
        Also, an operator can move it anywhere smoothly because of a caster.
        In addition to the features, the continuos operating function of the collator will really

        contribute to reducing the number of worker or to make the worker handle another

        operation.

3- The high speed processing.

        The maximum processing speed is being reached 8,400 sets collated per hour.
        Actually operators can not keep pace with the maximum speed, so many customers often

        set is roughly 3,000 ~ 4,000 sets per hour.
        But this situation means that our collator has enough capacity about processing speed, if a

        customer would like to improve the operation.
